Hafod Hall Camping Club started out in 2016 with just a few people coming together to do what they love.
HH is a family owned business that is open all year.
Little did we know that it would grow into the thriving Camping Club it is today.

The land surrounding the property consists of 650 acres of beautiful unspoiled terrain. With its boundary is a large area of woodland, a nature reserve and the Alwen Reservoir. Anyone staying at Hafod Hall can unwind in this remote and peaceful place. You can relax amongst the spectacular views of the Welsh mountains or recline under the nights clear sky, watching the stars (this area is a designated dark sky area).

A WILD CAMP SITE.
There is no mobile phone signal up here. You are welcome to use our house phone at reception if you need to make a phone call. However phone signal can be picked up off site a few miles down the road.
Stag Do's/Hen Do's.
We allow dogs and camp fires and children.

Please note: No children under the age of 3. If you have not paid for a child on your booking. You will have to pay on arrival.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
We sell wood baskets (£12) which can be ordered when making a booking or bought a reception.

This covers your pitch fees and parking.
As a wild campsite, pitches are spread out in the wilderness. Setting up and parking by your pitch wont be possible. The car park is a 3 minute walk from the fields.

Cabin
Our cabin sleeps maximum 6 people.
Within this price includes electric powered pod with lights and parking.
You can park by your pod on our small parking area specifically for pod customers.
Please be aware these pods are empty. You must bring your own blow up beds, bedding etc. We can supply a heater if needed. Although you are welcome to bring your own

Admission
Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the receptionist as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to re let your unit

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday
Bookings cannot be amended within 28 day(s) of arrival.
​
Coronavirus
Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.
The washing-up area is not in operation due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.

Dogs
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
​
Extras
Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Safety
Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles
No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area
